Dallas' Errol Spence scored a 4-1 decision (paper scoring) over Alex Martin of Joliet, IL in the 152 lbs weight class at the 2010 USA Boxing National Championships.
Also representing Texas as a champion is Marlen Esparza of Houston who won a 15-7 decision over Tyriesha Douglas of Baltimore in the female 112 lbs weight class.
